Tarrant County Republican Executive Committee approves resolution to defend Texas from foreign invasion

On September 11th, 2021, the Tarrant County Republican Executive Committee approved, by overwhelming majority, a resolution aimed at demonstrating to the Governor that support for stronger and more decisive action exists, and will persist, as it pertains to efforts to secure the Texas/Mexico border. By approving this resolution, Precinct Chairs that comprise the Executive Committee sent a strong message that they believe current actions are insufficient and inadequate to address the current threat to the citizens of Texas.

The text of the resolution reads as follows:

RESOLUTION TO DEFEND TEXAS FROM FOREIGN INVASION

Whereas The Constitution of the United States, Article IV, Section 4 states “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion…”

Whereas Article I section 10 of the United States Constitution states “No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.”

Whereas the federal government of the United States has abrogated the responsibility to protect the states that form the Union, and Texas specifically, from an invasion of foreign nationals that pose a clear and present danger to the life and property of the citizens of the State of Texas,

Be it resolved by the Tarrant County Republican Party that we call for, without delay, the Governor of the State of Texas, in his capacity as Commander in Chief of the Texas Military Department and of the Texas State Guard, the organized state militia, under the authority of Title 32 of the U.S. Code and Chapter 437 of the Texas Government Code, to proceed with due expedience to muster all available forces and direct them to secure the Texas/Mexico border. Forces mustered must be adequately armed and directed to use such force necessary to achieve this objective.

Adopted on the 11th day of September 2021 at the Executive Committee Meeting of the Tarrant County Republican Party.

They did approve but did they do anything? Was there any acknowledgement from the party at all? The time for inaction is over, if we want to save our nation. Keep up the good fight.

The Securing America’s Land from Foreign Interference Act will ensure that Texas’s land never comes under the control of the CCP by prohibiting the purchase of U.S. public or private real estate by any members of the CCP.

Data from the U.S. Department of Agriculture shows that foreign investors control nearly 30 million acres of U.S. farmland, roughly the size of Ohio. Texas has the second highest amount of foreign ownership with 3 million acres under foreign control.

In Texas, a Chinese based energy company purchased more than 130,000 acres of land near Laughlin Air Force Base and is now attempting to build a wind farm to access the U.S. power grid.
In Australia, China is the second largest foreign owner of land and a Chinese real estate company bought an Australian island and then blocked Aussie residents from living there.
In 1993 China paid the Australian government to lease the Merredin airport for 100 years. Now China owns the airspace and Australian citizens can’t land in their own country without approval from the Chinese government.
