Roberts Rules of Order knowledge are a must for every Precinct Chair to be able to have conversation and to articulate action within the Executive Committee. Without this, we are just voluntary participants to vote “Aye” or “No” and no substance or background. No valuable debate, amendments, or process comes from a body of members whose only task is to follow along like sheep and blindly vote to satisfy the agenda brought forth.
Lest we never forget that we represent our neighbors, not a party, to a county in which to bring positive action for the betterment of those neighbors we so respresent.
