Tarrant County GOP Passes Resolutions in Strong Support of Action on the Texas/Mexico Border

On December 3rd, 2022 the Tarrant County GOP Executive Committee voted to pass 3 separate resolutions relating to the current crisis on the Texas/Mexico border. These resolutions are intended to send a strong message to the Commander-in-Chief of the Texas Military Department, Governor Greg Abbott and the Texas legislature that the Tarrant County Republican Party supports strong and decisive action, and will support increased efforts to secure the border including mobilization and force increases for the the Texas Guard as well as supporting the funding of such efforts from the massive budget surpluses currently available in the Texas Treasury.
